Tricia Styers founded Simply Sweet in 2000 during a season when her family needed financial flexibility and stability. Rather than step away from her young children, she built a small bakery from home — one grounded in quality and disciplined work.

Over two decades, Tricia has guided the company through expansion, facility acquisition, wholesale growth, and industry disruption. In 2020, as the food service sector faced unprecedented shutdowns, she made a decisive pivot — strengthening manufacturing capacity and securing jobs for the team members who depend on the company.

Today, Tricia leads Simply Sweet Foods with a focus on operational integrity, structured growth, and long-term partnership development within the regional supply chain.
