Simply Sweet Foods was founded in 2000 as Simply Sweet Bakery, beginning as a small home-based operation committed to quality and disciplined production. Over time, that foundation expanded into wholesale partnerships, regional distribution programs, and ultimately a structured food manufacturing operation serving Ohio and surrounding markets.

Over the past two decades, the company has grown from local retail beginnings into a structured production facility designed to support scalable, repeatable output. Strategic expansion in 2014 allowed Simply Sweet to meet increasing wholesale demand, and in 2020, leadership strengthened the company’s manufacturing focus — investing in infrastructure, workflow systems, and production discipline to support long-term growth and recurring programs.

Today, Simply Sweet Foods operates as a contract manufacturing and private-label production partner for grocers, distributors, and growing brands. Our 10,000-square-foot facility includes segregated production and packaging zones, commercial baking systems, packaging operations, and cold storage capability. We are structured for high-volume batch execution, palletized distribution, and consistent program support.

As a woman-owned business, Simply Sweet is proud to contribute to Ohio’s manufacturing and food production sector. We actively support regional distributors and retailers through locally made, Ohio Proud products and private-label programs built for dependable supply and scalable growth.
